(1) After the tribunal pronounces the decision according to section 18, if there is an appeal on that decision, after receiving the decision of the appeal tribunal and if there is no appeal, after the deadline for giving the appeal has passed, an order shall be issued in the name of the debt recovery officer to implement the decision. (2) The tribunal shall issue an order according to sub-section (1). The period of implementation of the decision can also be determined.
